Job Summary
We are seeking a Sales Supervisor to drive revenue growth, support customer relationships, and lead daily sales activities in Phnom Penh. The role suits a motivated professional with strong communication skills and a passion for travel and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities
● Supervise daily sales operations and support the team to meet targets.
● Build and maintain strong client relationships to grow business opportunities.
● Follow up on leads, quotations, and bookings to ensure timely conversion.
● Coordinate with internal teams to deliver smooth customer service and sales support.
● Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and suggest improvements.
● Help implement sales strategies, promotions, and market development plans.

● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field.
● Proven experience in sales, business development, or customer service.
● Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

● Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic sales tools or CRM systems.
