An Exciting Opportunity for ...

Maintain and update the fixed asset register accurately and timely.
Record asset acquisitions, disposals, transfers, and depreciation calculations.
Ensure proper capitalization of company assets in accordance with accounting policies.
Conduct periodic physical verification and inventory counting of fixed assets.
Reconcile fixed asset balances with the General Ledger (GL).
Prepare monthly depreciation schedules and related accounting entries.
Monitor asset movement and coordinate with relevant departments regarding asset management.
Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities related to fixed assets.
Support internal and external audits by providing fixed asset documentation and reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and tax regulations.
Analyze fixed asset data and provide reports to management.
Assist in improving fixed asset control procedures and internal controls.

职位要求

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in fixed asset accounting.
Strong understanding of fixed asset accounting and depreciation methods.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems.
Good analytical and reconciliation skills.
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Knowledge of Cambodian tax regulations is an advantage.
