• Manage all information technology and computer systems in the organization.

• Develop Strategic and Planning involved in long-term planning of the IT Functional's goals.

• Oversee the IT operations' budget, planning, and ensure cost-effectiveness.

• Manage various IT-related projects from conception to implementation, including design and deployment of new IT systems and services.

• Responsible for the security of IT systems and data, as well as managing risks related to technology in the organization.

• Ensure security of data, network access, and backup systems.

• Design, develop, implement, and coordinate systems, policies, and procedures.

• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to the internal system and Infrastructure

• Manage and monitor user licenses under the company domain/tenant.

• Negotiate with and manage vendor relationships for IT services and products.

• Control all servers running on Cloud and On-premises datacenter.

• Manage and control the company infrastructure including virtualization environment, core network, security firewall, and monitoring system.

• Manage secure VPN connections and monitor all connections from HQ to all Branches.

• Implementing safety procedures and data recovery plans.

• Provide Training and evaluation on Technology and systems to business users.

• Collaborating with other departments and professionals in the development of IT systems.

• Degree in computer science, IT, or similar.

• Degree or completed courses in business administration would be advantageous.

• Practical experience installing and maintaining systems is recommended.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Good command of English, both speaking and writing

• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
