A Big Opportunity for ...

  • Identify analyze main roots causing loan accounts fall overdue set recovery target, priority; strategies effectively solve those overdue loan accounts all branches of Prime.
  • Manage  control  matters  to  delinquent loan accounts  regularly  constantly execute collections  those delinquent loan accounts  on  recovery policies  procedures;
  • Prepare regular reports  status  collections  home/business visits  the  overdue loan partners/clients  related line supervisors  daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly,  yearly basis;
  • Prepare regular reports  status  collections  home/business visits  the  overdue loan partners/clients  related line supervisors  daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly,  yearly basis;
  • Planning, evaluating, implementing and continuously improving all aspects of credit & collection functions and processes
  • Ensuring professional relationships are established and maintained with clients and attorneys
  • Working closely with CEO, DCEO and COO to respond to credit and collection concerns with existing and potential clients
  • Direct interaction with selected clients in resolving receivables delinquencies
  • Corporate Coordinate loan default solving both out in court process.
  • Advice participate Loan officer/BM/CCO loan arrear solving the field
  • Track loan arrear system timely inform responsible staff
  • Participate policy guideline establishment enforcement.
  • Offer guideline reasons avoiding loan arrear during monthly branch meeting
  • Monitor loan write-off collection
  • Train share experience operational staff methodology loan default solving problem.
  • Hiring and managing members of the team
  • Under take other tasks assigned by CEO and DCEO/COO.

职位要求

  • At Least Bachelor Business Administration Management, Finance/Banking or/in related field.
  • At least two year-experienced in Banking/Microfinance industry with operation field
  • Good interpersonal skill, hardworking, healthy
  • Dynamic pleasant personality
  • Fluent both written and spoken English
  • Good knowledge Computer (Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, E-mail)
  • Good commitment field and strong willing work rural people.
  • Can work under pressure
