Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and cash transactions.
• Prepare and review journal entries, bank reconciliations, and account reconciliations.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes.
• Prepare financial statements and management reports accurately and on time.
• Monitor expenses, payments, and cash flow to ensure proper financial control.
• Ensure accounting records are complete, accurate, and properly documented.
• Support internal and external audits by providing required documents and explanations.
• Assist with tax calculations, tax filings, and compliance with applicable regulations.
• Identify accounting discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain proper filing and confidentiality of financial documents.
• Coordinate with other departments, suppliers, customers, banks, and auditors when required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Experience with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of local tax and accounting regulations is an advantage.
