Logistics Management: Oversee import/export documentation, customs clearance, and the scheduling of shipments to ensure timely garment delivery.
Trilingual Liaison: Coordinate and negotiate smoothly with Chinese management, local Khmer customs/forwarders, and international English-speaking clients or shipping lines.
Inventory & Loading: Monitor warehouse loading, verify packing lists, and track shipments from the factory floor to final destination.
Compliance: Ensure all shipping activities comply with Cambodian customs regulations, international trade laws, and company policies.

职位要求
Experience: 5+ years of solid experience in shipping, freight forwarding, and logistics (garment/textile industry experience is highly preferred).
Languages: Fluent in Chinese, English, and Khmer (written and spoken) to handle trilingual paperwork and global communication.
Skills: Strong knowledge of customs clearance processes, shipping documentation (Invoices, PL, B/L), and excellent problem-solving skills under tight deadlines.
