Job Summary
Join PHUMSAKURA LAND CITY DEVELOPMENT Co.,Ltd. as a Site Engineer in Phnom Penh, Dangkao. Support daily construction operations, ensure work quality and safety, and coordinate site activities to help deliver residential development projects efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
● Supervise daily construction work and track progress against project plans and targets.
● Ensure all site activities follow approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
● Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders to resolve site issues promptly.
● Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment usage to support efficient site operations.
● Conduct site inspections and help maintain compliance with HSE and safety regulations.
● Verify completed work and assist with quality control, reporting, and handover tasks.

● Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
● Minimum 3 years of site supervision experience, preferably in real estate or residential projects.
● Strong knowledge of construction methods, drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
● Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and project reporting/documentation tools.
● Good communication, problem-solving, teamwork, and coordination skills.
● Able to work on-site in Phnom Penh, Dangkao, and support project deadlines.
