• Retail Shop Development

• Customer Experience

  • Ensure customers receive professional and consistent service.

  • Handle customer feedback, inquiries, and complaints effectively.

  • Maintain service standards aligned with the store's Japanese-inspired concept.

  • Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

• Sales & Business Performance

  • Monitor and drive store sales and KPI performance.

  • Analyze sales and operational data and identify areas for improvement.

  • Support promotional campaigns and store activities.

  • Conduct competitor and market observations to identify business opportunities.

  • Prepare regular performance reports and improvement proposals for management.

• Store Development

  • Support management in developing and improving store operations.

  • Contribute ideas for merchandising, product presentation, and customer experience.

  • Help establish and improve SOPs and operational standards.

  • Take ownership of challenges and proactively propose solutions.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in retail, hospitality, sales, or store operations, with leadership experience.

• Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

• Strong customer-service mindset and business awareness.

• Good command of Khmer and English; Japanese language is an advantage.

• Proactive, responsible, organized, and able to work independently.

• Strong sense of ownership and ability to make decisions.

• Comfortable working in a dynamic and growing business environment.

• Experience working with foreign companies or international teams is an advantage.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience managing or launching a new retail store, boutique, or similar business.

• Knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, merchandising, and sales KPIs.

• Ability to analyze business data and turn insights into practical actions.
