  • Planning and preparing courses and lessons;
  • Analyzing student’s aptitude and teaching in accordance with the educational needs of students by assuring lessons are effectively delivered and timely finished;
  • Assisting the students by writing student reports;
  • Assessing, recording and reporting on the development, progress and attainment of students;
  • Communicating and consulting with the parents of students;
  • Maintaining good order and discipline among students in accordance with school policies;
  • Participating, if required, in planning staff development and performance review;
  • Performing other relevant and assigned teacher related tasks

职位要求

  • Hold BA in TEFL or equivalent certificate;
  • Have a good English proficiency;
  • 1 or 2 year(s) of experience in English teaching;
  • Be creative, energetic, and outgoing with a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills;
  • Able to teach a variety of students and interact well with students, parents and colleagues;
  • Able to work independently and with a team
