Job Summary
Join Pacific Andaman Cambodia Co. Ltd. as a Trade Marketing professional in Phnom Penh. In this entry-level role, you will help drive brand visibility, support sales growth, and coordinate marketing activities across trade channels in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Key Responsibilities
● Support trade marketing plans and in-store promotional activities to strengthen brand presence.
● Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to execute campaigns, displays, and product launches.
● Prepare marketing materials, collect market feedback, and track competitor activities.
● Assist in managing POSM, merchandising, and event execution to improve product visibility.
● Monitor campaign performance and provide basic reports with insights and recommendations.

职位要求

● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
● Entry-level candidates are welcome; 1 year of relevant experience is a plus.
● Strong interest in trade marketing, retail activation, and consumer goods.
● Good communication, teamwork, and coordination skills.
● Able to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work in a dynamic environment.
● Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
● Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn and grow.
● Able to work in Phnom Penh, Boeng Keng Kang.
