● Greet and seat guests warmly while maintaining a friendly and professional attitude.
● Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen or bar promptly.
● Serve dishes and drinks efficiently while checking guest satisfaction throughout the meal.
● Keep dining areas clean, organized, and ready for service at all times.
● Assist with setting tables, clearing dishes, and preparing the restaurant for each shift.
● Follow hotel service standards, hygiene rules, and safety procedures carefully.
