Manage sales team performance and evaluation
Direct and supervise sales team activities.
Planning about Sales Department activities.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven sales management experience in the automotive is plus.
Strong ability to lead, coach, and motivate a sales team effectively.
Excellent skills in developing and executing sales and budget strategies.
Deep understanding of loan products, processes, and compliance requirements.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for team, customers, and partners.
Demonstrated ability to quickly identify and resolve operational and customer issues.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Proficient in data analysis, reporting, and interpreting market trends.
Proven ability to build strong, effective external business connections
