Plan and deliver English lessons aligned to ACT schemes of work and international standards Develop all four skills: reading, writing, speaking, and listening, plus grammar and vocabulary Differentiate instruction for varied English levels and learning needs Assess, mark, and record student progress accurately; support placement testing Integrate project-based and real-world learning (presentations, debates, writing for real audiences) Prepare students for English exams, presentations, and competitions Foster positive classroom culture and manage behavior constructively Comply with School Safety, Child Safe Protection & Safeguarding Policies; report concerns per procedure Model school values and Code of Conduct; build student character Communicate regularly with parents on progress and concerns Participate in assessment moderation and curriculum meetings Maintain records; submit monthly reports on time Attend PD and assist in school events per the school calendar

Lead day-to-day school operations and the academic leadership team Translate school goals, vision, and mission into annual action plans and OKRs Foster and model school values and culture among students and staff Serve as (or appoint and supervise) the Designated Safeguarding Lead; ensure full implementation of the School Safety Policy, Child Safe Protection Policy, and Safeguarding Policy Ensure 100% of staff are trained, signed on, and compliant with child-safe standards; oversee safe recruitment checks Oversee incident reporting, response, and record-keeping for all safety and safeguarding matters, including referral to authorities where required Lead emergency preparedness: drills, evacuation plans, first aid coverage, and campus risk assessments Oversee curriculum quality across national (MoEYS) and international programs Monitor and coach teacher performance through regular walkthroughs and evaluations Lead staff development and capacity-building plans Facilitate semester/final exams, capstone projects, and internship placements Confer with parents and staff on educational activities, policies, and student learning/behavior Handle emergencies and school crises; ensure a safe, clean environment Ensure all MoEYS reports and academic records are submitted and maintained correctly Represent the school with MoEYS and related ministries; attend required meetings Report regularly to the Board of Directors
