• Coordinate schemes of work, pacing guides, and assessment calendars for the international program

• Support and observe international program teachers; provide coaching feedback

• Align Cambridge curriculum delivery with MoEYS requirements and school schedule

• Coordinate placement testing, progression, and reporting for international program students

• Manage curriculum resources, textbooks, and licensing requirements

• Communicate with parents on international program progress and expectations

• Organize moderation of assessments and standardization across subjects

• Ensure program teachers comply with safety, child protection, and safeguarding policies; escalate concerns per reporting procedure

• Research curriculum improvements to meet market needs; propose new offerings

• Support enrollment activities (open days, placement interviews) for the program

• Model and promote school vision, mission, values, and Code of Conduct within the program team

• Submit program reports to the Principal and leadership team

• Fluent spoken and written English; Khmer an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related subject field
• Master's degree in Education, Curriculum & Instruction, or a related field
• Experience working in schools, ideally teaching or coordinating an international curriculum (Cambridge preferred); or formal pedagogy/teacher training plus relevant school experience
• Understanding of Cambridge Primary/Lower Secondary frameworks and assessment
• Google Suite and education management systems
• Strong presentation, communication, and organizational skills
• Able to work with a multicultural team and with parents
• Clear background/police check and child-safe references
