Provide legal and compliance support for EDX’s daily business operations. Review and draft contracts, agreements, policies, procedures, and other legal documents. Monitor compliance with applicable Cambodian laws, regulations, and regulatory requirements. Support regulatory reporting, licensing, and communication with relevant authorities. Conduct compliance reviews and identify potential legal and regulatory risks. Support AML/CFT, KYC, customer due diligence, and internal compliance requirements. Advise management and relevant departments on legal and compliance matters. Maintain proper legal and compliance records and support internal/external audits. Assist in developing and improving EDX’s compliance framework and internal controls.

Prepare and maintain accurate accounting records and financial statements. Handle daily accounting transactions, reconciliations, and month-end closing. Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash flow, and general ledger. Support budgeting, financial analysis, and management reporting. Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies. Coordinate with auditors, tax advisors, banks, and relevant departments. Support the Finance Manager in improving accounting processes and internal controls.
