  • Provide legal and compliance support for EDX’s daily business operations.
  • Review and draft contracts, agreements, policies, procedures, and other legal documents.
  • Monitor compliance with applicable Cambodian laws, regulations, and regulatory requirements.
  • Support regulatory reporting, licensing, and communication with relevant authorities.
  • Conduct compliance reviews and identify potential legal and regulatory risks.
  • Support AML/CFT, KYC, customer due diligence, and internal compliance requirements.
  • Advise management and relevant departments on legal and compliance matters.
  • Maintain proper legal and compliance records and support internal/external audits.
  • Assist in developing and improving EDX’s compliance framework and internal controls.

លក្ខខណ្ឌការងារ

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Compliance, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant legal or compliance experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Cambodian laws, regulations, and regulatory compliance.
  • Experience in financial services, FinTech, securities, digital assets, banking, or exchange business is highly preferred.
  • Good understanding of AML/CFT, KYC, risk management, and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong legal research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail, integrity, and confidentiality.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Chinese (Mandarin) communication skills are an advantage.
