Develop and execute marketing strategy and plans for Aftersales. Research and generate creative, commercially effective ideas for content and campaigns; create and coordinate marketing promotions and communications to drive service traffic and customer loyalty. Develop content production, including photo/video shooting and basic editing as needed. Manage digital and social media content related to Aftersales activities. Coordinate customer engagement events, service clinics, and brand experiences. Monitor competitor activities and market trends to provide insights and recommendations. Ensure brand guidelines and luxury standards are consistently applied across all marketing materials. Work closely with Aftersales, Sales, and Customer Experience teams to align marketing activities with business objectives. Track and report on campaign performance, providing analysis and suggestions for improvement. Support other marketing activities and projects as assigned by the Marketing Manager.

Oversee daily retail operations, covering both sales activities and after-sales services. Ensure the operations team consistently adheres to Retailer CI requirements, including staff presentation, customer facilitation, security measures, task assignments, and vehicle inspection procedures. Collaborate with the logistics department to make sure vehicles are transported safely and delivered to the showroom on schedule. Provide immediate assistance to customers when vehicles experience breakdowns during transit. Manage and file insurance claims for any incidents involving transported or demonstration vehicles. Evaluate and forward vehicle homologation documents to the ISC for approval. Deliver regular and timely updates to management.
Present full sales performance report to the GM. Review and update monthly sales targets with the GM. Assess sales consultant performance and identify top and low performers. Approve or recommend incentives, bonuses, and disciplinary actions. Evaluate marketing ROI and suggest improvements. Review customer satisfaction and sales process quality. Plan monthly showroom events and promotions. Review stock aging and model movement; recommend ordering changes. Benchmark competitors and advise on pricing or promotions. Plan next month’s sales activities, campaigns, and training.
