Daily Key Tasks

• Approve creatives for campaigns, promotions, and event materials.
• Supervise graphic design team workflow and deadlines.
• Ensure brand guidelines are strictly followed.
• Coordinate with Marketing Manager and Event Manager for design requirements.
• Check and finalize urgent designs for social media, ads, and print materials.
• Review visual assets for quality and accuracy.
• Provide feedback to designers for revisions.
• Track daily workload and manage task priorities.
• Ensure all digital assets are properly stored and backed up.
• Communicate any design issues or delays to Marketing Manager.

Weekly Key Tasks

• Plan weekly design tasks aligned with marketing campaigns and events.
• Review all scheduled design outputs for quality and consistency.
• Conduct weekly team meetings to assign tasks, provide guidance, and solve bottlenecks.
• Coordinate with vendors (printing, signage) to ensure timely delivery.
• Review design KPIs: delivery deadlines, errors, revisions required.
• Approve social media creatives and ad visuals for the week.
• Evaluate new tools or software for design efficiency.
• Ensure workflow documentation and templates are updated.
• Provide training or upskilling sessions for the design team.
• Track project budget for outsourced design work.

Monthly Key Tasks

• Plan the monthly design calendar aligned with marketing and events.
• Review and evaluate design team performance and productivity.
• Audit all marketing and event design assets for brand consistency.
• Approve major campaign and event visuals for management.
• Analyze monthly workload and resource allocation; adjust team capacity.
• Update design SOPs and guidelines if needed.
• Coordinate with Marketing Manager for upcoming campaigns and new creative directions.
• Prepare monthly report on design projects, delays, and successes.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities for outsourced design work.
• Plan team development or workshops for skill enhancement.

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in graphic design, with 2–3 years in a managerial or leadership role
• Experience in automotive, manufacturing, retail, or related industries is an added advantage
• Strong creative and conceptual design skills with a solid portfolio
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
• Good understanding of branding, marketing, and advertising principles
• Experience managing and guiding a design team
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Knowledge of digital marketing, social media design, and print production
• Detail-oriented with a high level of creativity and innovation
• Able to work independently and collaboratively with marketing, sales, and product teams
