Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; marketing recommendation to management. Educate sales team by establishing programs/seminars in the areas of new account sales and growth. • Conduct in-depth data analysis (e.g., demographic, market, operational metrics) to develop accurate forecasts for future demand, resource needs, or staffing requirements. • Develop, document, and present comprehensive plans, proposals, or reports (e.g., strategic plans, land use plans, production schedules) that align with organizational objectives and budgets. • Review plans and proposals to ensure adherence to all relevant regulatory requirements, zoning codes, and internal policies (e.g., environmental, financial, or safety standards). • Serve as a key liaison between internal departments (e.g., Finance, Operations, Engineering) and external agencies or the public to facilitate plan integration and feedback. • Track the implementation and execution of approved plans, identifying variances, managing change requests, and developing corrective actions to keep projects or production on schedule.
• Process and track all incoming sales orders and quotations, ensuring accuracy of pricing, product codes, and customer information before submission. • Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries regarding order status, shipping details, and inventory availability. • Manage the sales team's schedule and CRM data, including updating contact information, logging activities, and generating basic pipeline reports. • Prepare and format sales presentations, proposals, and contracts for the account executives. • Coordinate with the Logistics and Accounting departments to resolve shipping discrepancies, billing errors, or payment issues related to customer orders.
• Execute high-volume outbound prospecting activities via cold calls, emails, and social selling to identify and engage new potential clients (prospects). • Lead Qualification: Conduct initial calls and to qualify leads based on predefined criteria (e.g., budget, authority, need, and timeline—BANT). • Schedule product demonstrations or detailed sales presentations for Account Executives once a lead has been successfully qualified. • Meticulously log all sales activities, prospect information, and communication details in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. • Ensure a smooth and informative transition of qualified leads to the sales team, providing all necessary background and context.
•Supervise, schedule, and direct the daily tasks of team members to ensure all operational goals, or service delivery metrics are achieved. •Monitor work is completed on time, efficiently and effectively. •Offer guidance and support to solves problems, and makes informed decisions under pressure.
• Prepare and submit all required customs documentation (e.g., entry summaries, commercial invoices, certificates of origin) to customs authorities to secure clearance. • Liase with customs officials, port authorities, and government agencies to resolve issues, inspections, or disputes. • Ensure the shipment strictly complies with all national and international trade laws and complex government regulations.
