1. Perform 5S activities daily. 2. Manage stock and parts fulfillment list in AMS. 3. Prepare and process stock purchase orders (spare parts/materials). 4. Receive and arrange parts at designated locations. 5. Check and compare prices with suppliers. 6. Support Service Advisors in preparing service and parts quotations. 7. Monitor stock in and stock out activities. 8. Monitor the cost of each part. 9. Refill stock at fast-moving locations. 10. Conduct monthly 5S activities in the warehouse with the team. 11. Conduct monthly stock counts with the team. 12. Prepare monthly stock count reports. 13. Supply parts to the warehouse as required.

1. Head and manage the workshop activities and carry out the company’s principal business. 2. Manage the workshop efficiency and productivity improvement. Check and monitor staff OT and attendance, workshop intake etc. 3. Provide customers with the highest standard of service and ensure customer issues are address. 4. Oversee day to day workshop operation activities. 5. Ensure quality policy and objectives are communicated throughout workshop. 6. Identify training needs of workshop staffs. 7. Ensures equipment and tools maintain in good condition. 8. Ensure workshop expenses within budget or under control. 9. Ensure workshop area clean and organize. 10. Prepare workshop monthly operation report with action plan to Management.
