3. Prepare and process stock purchase orders (spare parts/materials).
4. Receive and arrange parts at designated locations.
5. Check and compare prices with suppliers.
6. Support Service Advisors in preparing service and parts quotations.
7. Monitor stock in and stock out activities.
8. Monitor the cost of each part.
9. Refill stock at fast-moving locations.
10. Conduct monthly 5S activities in the warehouse with the team.
11. Conduct monthly stock counts with the team.
12. Prepare monthly stock count reports.
13. Supply parts to the warehouse as required.
