1. Ensure manufacturing processes run smoothly, are cost-effective and deliver products on time and of the right quality. 2. Responsible for production planning, production output, product quality control, on-time stock control and shipping, and keep up to date with latest effective production methods and technology. 3. Plan, organize, direct and run optimum day-to-day production and technical operations to meet or exceed our customers’ expectations. 4. Coordinate, set up and implement standard operating procedures for all production, technical and machinery operations. 5. Estimate costs and set quality standards. Ensure product quality through effective quality management systems, procedures and standard operating processes. 6. Increase production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining quality standards. 7. Oversees the manufacture of products, including materials procurement and vendor management, ensuring production, performance, and quality standards are consistently met. 8. Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed. 9. Work with maintenance team or vendors, to maintain all machines and tools are always working in good condition. 10. Manage raw material inventory, coordinating with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and meet production demands. 11. Ensure all workers maintain productivity and staying on delegated tasks. 12. Prepare and present regular production reports to general manager, maintaining accurate records of production activities. 13. Any other task as instructed by the General Manager.

Book-keeping all the transactions into the QuickBooks or accounting software. 6. Generate or Prepare Monthly P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash-flow and other financial statement. 7. Prepare Monthly sale & Inventory report. 8. Reconcile bank statement with the cash flow in the system as well. 9. Other task assigned by accounting manager.

Manage daily production processes smoothly and on time as planned. Supervises and coordinates activities of production team engaged in transporting and mixing ingredients to make Instruct current production team on how to transfer sand and gravel and supply or deliver materials via transportation to warehouses and guests accurately and on time. Manage and control specification items to determine sizes of aggregates and proportions of cement and water required for batch of concrete by standard. Signals to production team to charge mixing concrete with specified amounts of ingredients and discharge mixed concrete into truck or another conveyor. Supervise production team engaged in assembling and dismantling plant at production site. Manage daily production team tasks to ensure products are made on time and within budget. Work with the production team to improve processes and reduce waste. Analyze production data to find areas for improvement. Work with design and quality control teams to ensure products meet quality standards. Solve production problems and find technical solutions. Help develop new production methods and equipment. Make sure safety rules are followed and promote a safe work environment. Inspect production processes and equipment regularly to keep things running smoothly. Prepare reports on production machine repair and maintenance and highlight areas that need improvement Train and support staff on best practices and process improvements. Work with the production team to keep equipment in good condition. Any other task as assigned by line Manager.
