• Manage and arrange daily production processes smoothly and on time as planned.
• Supervises and arrange to activities of production team engaged in transporting and mixing ingredients to make concrete.
• Instruct to supervise to manage to production team on how to transfer sand and gravel and supply or deliver materials via transportation to warehouses and guests accurately and on time.
• Manage and control to supervise to specification items to determine sizes of aggregates and proportions of cement and water required for batch of concrete by standard.
• Signals to supervise to production team to charge mixing concrete with specified amounts of ingredients and discharge mixed concrete into truck or another conveyor.
• To arrange to supervise to production team engaged in assembling and dismantling plant at production site.
• Manage daily production tasks to ensure products are made on time and within budget.
• Work with the supervise and production team to improve processes and reduce waste.
• To analyze production data to find areas for improvement with supervise and team Work closely with design and quality control teams to ensure products meet quality standards.
• To Analyze and Solve production problems and find technical solutions.
• To develop new production methods and equipment with supervise and production team.
• Check and follow up of safety rules are followed and promote a safe work environment.
• Check and verifies with inspect production processes and equipment regularly to keep things running smoothly.
• Daily/Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly/Semester/yearly reports on production machine repair and maintenance and highlight areas that need improvement to line manager Provide Training and support staff on best practices and process improvements. Any other task as assigned by line Manager.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Industrial, or related field).

2. 7years of experience in production mixed concrete

3. Knowledge of production processes and quality control of mixed concrete.

4. Ability to use software like AutoCAD and MS Office.

5. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to meet deadlines.

6. Good communication and teamwork skills.

7. Knowledge of safety in a production line mixed concrete.

8. Ability to lead and motivate a team.
