An Exciting Opportunity for ...

Review and evaluate loan applications to customer locations (business locations) and complete loan documentation by loan officers.
Supervise and manage the processes and procedures of loan granting, loan collection, and loan settlement of credit officers.
Monitor and plan annual, monthly, and weekly loan (sales) placements for credit officers.
Study, evaluate, and collect information on potential operating areas and target areas (villages/communes): customer behavior, occupation, economic situation, credit history, land situation, infrastructure, competitor strategies and products.
Manage the quality of the loan portfolio and participate in resolving overdue or at-risk loans in a timely manner and report to the branch manager.
Maintain good customer service and market share by resolving customer complaints in a timely manner, understanding customer concerns, and maintaining good relationships with stakeholders.
Provide regular training on credit policies to staff who manage and supervise, monitor, encourage and support staff performance.
Report to the branch director on work results and problems.

Bachelor's degree in Banking and Finance, General Management, or equivalent business degree
Have at least 2 years of experience in providing credit in the microfinance or banking sector
Knowledgeable in management and leadership
Have problem-solving skills, foresight, and initiative
Good communication, friendly, honest, and highly responsible.
Willing to work in provinces or rural areas.
