Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive enterprise sales growth by acquiring new customers and expanding business within existing accounts to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to identify business opportunities, increase market penetration, and maximize customer value.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, decision-makers, and key stakeholders across enterprise customers.
  • Understand customer business objectives and challenges, translating them into tailored ICT and enterprise solution proposals.
  • Lead the end-to-end sales process, including prospecting, solution positioning, proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure.
  • Collaborate with technical, product, and service delivery teams to design and deliver customer-centric solutions.
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast through CRM systems, ensuring visibility and effective opportunity management.
  • Monitor market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and strengthen competitive positioning.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive account management, issue resolution, and ongoing engagement.
  • Prepare and present business proposals, commercial agreements, and executive-level presentations to customers and internal stakeholders.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, enterprise sales, account management, or solution selling, preferably within telecommunications, ICT, cloud, managed services, or technology industries.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing complex enterprise sales cycles.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise connectivity, ICT solutions, cloud services, cybersecurity, managed services, or digital transformation solutions.
  • Excellent consultative selling, business development, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to engage senior executives and decision-makers.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office applications, and digital business tools.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and commercial acumen.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent command of English and Khmer, both written and spoken.
  • Willingness to travel as required for customer meetings and business development activities.
