Job SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Supervisor to oversee daily accounting operations, ensure accurate financial records, support month-end closing, and help maintain compliance with company policies and accounting standards.Key Responsibilities● Supervise daily accounting activities, including entries, reconciliations, and document control.● Review account balances, bank reconciliations, and supporting schedules for accuracy.● Support month-end and year-end closing, reporting, and financial statement preparation.● Ensure compliance with internal controls, tax rules, and accounting procedures.● Coordinate with finance teams and other departments to resolve accounting issues promptly.● Monitor accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger transactions for completeness.

● Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.● 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a supervisory or senior role.● Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and reconciliations.● Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software systems.● High attention to detail, accuracy, and strong analytical skills.● Good communication, problem-solving, and time-management abilities.● Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and support team performance.
