  • Assist in monthly close processes to ensure data completeness and accuracy
  • Conduct financial and variance analysis to support business decisions
  • Prepare reports and dashboards using Excel and Power BI
  • Support the creation and maintenance of Profit Centers, Cost Centers, and Internal Orders
  •  Monitor actual performance against budget and highlight discrepancies
  • Collaborate with internal departments to gather and validate financial data
  • Participate in automation and IT-related initiatives
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by Supervisor

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in Management Accounting and/or Finance, or a related area.
  • Financial and business analysis
  • Basic understanding of SAP and CO-Module (preferred)
  • Budgeting and reporting processes
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint; Power BI is a plus 
  • Strong analytical and communication skills 
  • Ability to work under pressure and collaborate in teams 
  • Problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel for business support 
  • Participate in market visits with relevant teams
