Position Overview
The Admin Operations Supervisor is responsible for designing and improving the "Organizational OS (Operating System)" that supports the entire organization's operations.
This position is not a general management role. Working closely with the CEO, the Supervisor designs the organization's operational structures, systems, rules, and business processes.

■ Reduction and automation of manual tasks (Automation)
■ Structural problem solving for recurring issues
The goal is to build a system where the organization is controlled through structures and rules, not through individual judgment or emotional responses.
1. Key Responsibilities
■ Organizational OS Design

Example Tasks
■ Design and improve attendance management systems, ensuring fairness and revising rules when issues are identified
■ Design inter-department communication frameworks and collaboration systems
■ Evaluate and introduce internal tools (hardware and software)
■ Design and improve labor management systems
■ Optimize office operations and workplace environment
■ Research and analyze organizational issues, propose improvement plans
■ Revise internal rules and design new systems
■ Research global best practices from leading organizations and adapt them internally
■ Improve and update existing operations and systems using AI
