The Regional HR Manager is responsible for leading and managing all HR functions across assigned regions/branches. This role focuses on HR operations, talent development, employee relations, performance management, training programs, and acting as a strategic HR Business Partner to support business growth and operational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:1. Human Resources Management• Oversee daily HR operations across regional branches.• Ensure HR policies, procedures, and labor compliance are properly implemented.• Manage recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, transfer, promotion, and termination processes.• Monitor employee attendance, discipline, and workforce planning.• Support compensation & benefits administration.• Maintain accurate HR records and reports.2. Training & Development• Identify training needs and prepare monthly, quarter and annual training plans.• Coordinate internal and external training programs.• Conduct orientation and employee development programs.• Evaluate training effectiveness and employee performance improvement.• Promote leadership development and succession planning.• Training VET’s agency branch.3. HR Business Partner (HRBP)• Partner with regional operations managers and department heads to align HR strategies with business goals.• Provide HR advice and solutions to management.• Support organizational development and change management initiatives.• Analyze workforce trends, employee engagement, and retention issues.• Drive company culture and employee engagement activities.4. Employee Relations• Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.• Ensure healthy communication between management and employees.• Promote positive workplace culture and teamwork.5. Performance Management• Support KPI setting and performance appraisal processes.• Monitor employee productivity and improvement plans.• Provide coaching to managers regarding people management.6. HR Reporting & Compliance• Prepare HR monthly and regional reports.• Ensure compliance with labor law and company regulations.• Support audits and HR documentation control.• Other task will assign by management

Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.• Minimum 4 – 6 years of HR experience, including managerial level.• Strong knowledge of HR operations, labor law, and training management.• Experience in multi-branch or regional operations is preferred.• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.• Ability to work under pressure and travel to branches
