1. Design & Concept Development

• Lead and develop 2D and 3D architectural designs for Wing Bank projects, from initial concept through design development.
• Prepare architectural drawings, shop drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
• Ensure all designs are fully aligned with Wing Bank branch concepts and Corporate Identity (CI) standards.

2. Project Management & Site Coordination

• Manage assigned projects to ensure compliance with approved designs, layouts, floor plans, and Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress and address design or technical issues.
• Prepare project reports, updates, and design presentations for management and stakeholders.

3. Documentation & Record Management

• Maintain and regularly update both hardcopy and softcopy records of as-built drawings, shop drawings, and specifications.
• Organize and manage electronic filing systems and confidential documentation related to all bank branches.

4. Material Selection & Technical Support

• Support the selection of construction and finishing materials that meet user requirements, design intent, and budget constraints.
• Coordinate and assist with preliminary architectural studies for new branches, renovations, and alterations.
• Provide technical and design support to internal teams, contractors, and subcontractors, including those at remote locations.

5. Other Assigned Tasks

• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
• Support cross-functional collaboration and special projects as required.

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in architectural design or related work
• Experience preparing concept, schematic, and detailed drawings
• Experience working with engineers, contractors, and suppliers
• Experience in site visits and inspections
• Preferred: Basic training or certification in Revit / BIM
• Basic knowledge of architectural design principles and building codes
• Familiar with AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp
• Understanding of construction materials
• Understanding of design process from concept to construction drawings
