Assistant of Admin Operations

 

■ Job Type: Full-time

■ Salary Range: $200-$450

■ Work 5.5 d/w: Mon-Sat

■ Work 8 h/d: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM or 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

■ Workplace: #54, St. 388, Toul Svay Prey I, Boeng Keng Kang, Phnom Penh

1. Key Responsibilities

■ Daily Operations Execution

  • Execute daily tasks based on internal rules and procedures

  • Ensure accurate and consistent implementation of business processes

■  Attendance Management

  • Manage and verify daily attendance data

  • Create attendance reports for payroll calculation

  • Record and organize attendance details

■ Office Operations

  • Manage office equipment and facilities

  • Manage office supplies and inventory

  • Supervise cleaning staff

■ Internal Support

  • Respond to inquiries from members regarding workplace and operational needs

  • Provide support for work environment issues

■ Administrative Procedures

  • Manage documents and filings required by the Ministry of Labour

  • Handle periodic reporting tasks (monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, annual)

  • Manage internal labor-related data

■ Vendor and External Coordination

  • Coordinate with facility management companies

  • Communicate with external service providers

Example Tasks

■ Daily attendance verification and data entry

■ Create attendance management reports for payroll calculation

■ Manage and operate internal messaging tools

■ Order and manage office equipment and supplies

■ Manage cleaning staff and coordinate schedules

■ Coordinate with external vendors and service providers

■ Internal communication support

■ Prepare and submit documents related to the Ministry of Labour

Required Skills

■ Basic PC Skills

Ability to operate office software and internal management tools at a basic level.

■ Accurate Administrative Processing

Ability to perform data entry, document management, and schedule management accurately and reliably.

■ Communication Skills

Ability to communicate smoothly with internal members and external vendors.

■Task Management

Ability to organize multiple tasks, set priorities, and manage them effectively.

The Assistant Member supports stable organizational operations by "accurately executing" the systems designed by the Supervisor.

■ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field

■ Have skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email & Internet)

■ Proven experience in a supporting role (e.g., Executive Assistant or similar)

■ Ability to be logical thinking, critical thinking, open-minded, and flexible
■ Strong communication skills in both Khmer and English
