Relationship Management Support

Works closely with RMs and assists in handling client relationships.
Assist RM to review loan documents (verify ID card, limit, some conditions).
Service and assist to open new accounts for clients and maintain necessary documents for all operations and maintain effective relationships with clients.
Follow up the document support for OR and IR.
Send Bank statement, Debit or Credit Advice for client.
Review and update special comm. OR, IR, Interbranch for CCB Phnom Penh.
Calculate volume of client on OR, IR, Remittance, Deposit by RMs request.
Calculate on int. PN, LG by RMs request.

Business Net Support

Prepare Business Net Application form for client.
Set up the information into Business Net system to make Corporation ID for Client.
Update information related to client’s request.
Inside or Outside Training on Business Net function.
Unlock password.
Monthly Report Business Net To SCB.
Monthly Report Client Activities Local and Outward Remittance by Business Net To SCB.
Other tasks are assigned by Corporate Banking Head.

លក្ខខណ្ឌការងារ

Bachelor's or degree in the related Finance, Banking, Economics, Business Administration, or similar field.
Minimum 1-year experience in banking industry especially commercial bank and in corporate and commercial area.
Multi – Tasking capability, results oriented, displays consistent performance, positive thinker with good attitude, and interpersonal skills.
Possess a dynamic personality with strong interpersonal, problem solving, good communication skills and management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and third language would be a plus.
