  1. Development internal software that useful to Core Banking system and operational business (Intergrade API internal system to Third-party systems.)
  2. Customizing Flexcube modules to meet specific business requirements.
  3. Enhancing existing Flexcube functionalities based on user feedback and business needs.
  4. Developing and maintaining APIs for seamless data exchange.
  5. Configuring Flexcube modules and parameters to align with banking operations and regulations.
  6. Setting up user roles, access rights, and security configurations.
  7. Developing new modules, screens, and functionalities within Flexcube.
  8. Identifying and fixing bugs, performance issues, and other defects.
  9. Providing technical support and troubleshooting issues related to Flexcube.
  10. Creating and maintaining technical documentation, including design documents, user manuals, and configuration guides.
  11. ensure proper configuration of Oracle WebLogic, including data sources, JMS resources, and debug paths.

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Software Developer and Core Banking system
  • A degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field is often preferred, although relevant experience and certifications can sometimes substitute for formal education.
  • Proficiency in programming languages and frameworks relevant to the job (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript, .NET, etc.). Familiarity with database management systems (e.g., SQL, Oracle, MySQL) and web development
  • Technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, XSD) may also be required.
  • Writing, testing, debugging, and maintaining code for software applications, systems, or websites.
  • Working closely with other team members such as designers, product managers, and quality assurance testers to ensure the smooth development and deployment of software products.
  • Ability to analyze problems, think critically, and develop effective solutions.
  • Capable of working in a team environment, collaborating with other developers, designers, and stakeholders.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey ideas, discuss technical concepts, and document code ITIL certification or knowledge of IT service management frameworks is a plus.
  • Understanding of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Jira) may be beneficial, especially for larger development teams Other Requirements
