♦️ Act as the product owner and project coordinator for assigned digital initiatives,
overseeing planning, execution, implementation, and post-launch review.
♦️ Gather, analyze, validate, and document business requirements, translating them into clear
functional specifications, user stories, workflows, and business requirement documents
(BRDs).
♦️ Collaborate with internal stakeholders, business units, IT teams, and external vendors to
ensure successful project delivery.
♦️ Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), coordinate issue resolution, and ensure
solutions meet business requirements.
♦️ Monitor project progress, milestones, risks, and dependencies to ensure timely and
successful implementation.
♦️ Provide regular updates on project status, challenges, and key achievements to
management and relevant stakeholders.
♦️ Contribute to product development and enhancement initiatives through market research,
customer feedback analysis, and competitor benchmarking.
♦️ Support the prioritization of product enhancements and digital initiatives to improve
customer experience and operational efficiency.
♦️ Monitor product performance after launch and recommend improvements based on user
feedback and business needs.
♦️ Prepare and maintain accurate project and product documentation.
♦️ Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.

♦️ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science,
Finance, or a related field.
♦️ Minimum 3 years of experience in product management, digital banking, business analysis,
project management, or related functions within the banking or financial services industry.
♦️ Good command of spoken and written English and Khmer.
♦️ Strong understanding of digital banking products, product development lifecycle, project
delivery methodologies, and financial technology trends.
♦️ Demonstrated ability to analyze customer needs, identify business opportunities, and
contribute to product innovation initiatives.
♦️ Strong communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
♦️ Proficiency in business analysis techniques, project documentation, and project
management tools.
♦️ Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and fast-paced environment.
