Facilitate and coordinate the Head of Internal Audit to develop strategic of audit plan and prepare budgets of Internal Audit Department
Update and identify key risks to be audited for audit team to be focused on.
Supervise the audit team to execute the audit program to ensure that the cost effectiveness of audit mission, internal control design, and implementations are properly identified and confirmed.
Review audit working paper and evidence to make sure the completeness of audit finding, root cause, implication and recommendations are well identified before Head of Internal Audit review.
Provide on‐the‐job training to new team member to comply with Internal Audit Manual
Other tasks assigned by Head of internal audit.

លក្ខខណ្ឌការងារ

Degree in accounting or finance or audit related field.
Professional certifications such as CPA, CIA, or CISA are highly desirable
Minimum 4-5 years in internal audit or external audit
Experienced in leading internal audit member
Solid knowledge of laws, regulations, and guidelines.
Great interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills (both in written and verbal).
Strong leadership and analytical skill.
Possess honesty, initiative, flexibility, and commitment.
Ability to motivate others and promote teamwork.
