Store Operations 
-    Lead and manage overall retail operations across all store locations 
-    Develop and implement operational strategies to improve sales, productivity, and customer satisfaction 
-    Monitor and analyze KPIs (sales, conversion rates, inventory turnover, shrinkage, etc.) 
-    Manage budgets, cost control, and profitability of retail operations 
Demand Planning 
-    Lead the demand planning function across all retail categories and channels 
-    Develop and implement demand forecasting strategies using historical data, market trends, and business insights 
-    Analyze sales trends, promotions, seasonality, and market conditions to improve forecast accuracy 
-    Manage inventory planning to ensure optimal stock levels and reduce excess or obsolete inventory 
-    Develop and execute overall merchandising strategy aligned with business goals 
Merchandising Scope
-    Lead product assortment planning, category management, and pricing strategy 
-    Analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer behavior to optimize product mix 
-    Manage product lifecycle from planning to clearance 
-    Oversee inventory levels to balance availability and minimize overstock/stock-outs 
-    Ensure visual merchandising standards are consistent across all retail locations 
-    Lead seasonal planning, promotions, and product launches 

-    Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field (MBA is a plus) 
-    At least experience 3 - 5 years in Retail Business in management level
