3. Data Analysis & Performance Optimization o Monitor and analyze core operational metrics such as order volume, conversion rate, average order value, and user activity.

• Identify performance issues, provide actionable insights, and implement optimization plans.
• Prepare regular reports for management on business trends and campaign outcomes.

4. User Insights & Experience Improvement
