A Good Opportunity for ..

Tracking of the employee attendance and update into the resource management system;
Arranging and preparing daily/weekly resource allocation by referring to workload and flight schedule;
Following up with outsourcing headcount and update to management if any uncommon;
Facilitating and arrange our resource to participate in training program;
Liaising with concerned authorities for speedy process clearance and stock inventories;
Supervising subordinates and outsourcing team to respect a high standard of service and be responsible to general function of office work, administration and customer services;
Ensuring that subordinates always fully operated and maintained equipment properly and complied with safety rules and regulations;
Reporting all irregular cases to immediate superior to ensure that the corrective and/or preventive actions are undertaken;
Working on the shift rotation.

លក្ខខណ្ឌការងារ

Bachelor’s Degrees in related field;
Minimum two years of experiences in a relevant field, experience in airline or air-freight, warehouse, logistic and stock control is preferred;
Minimum two years of experiences in supervisory level;
Proficiency in both speaking and writing in Khmer and English, knowledge of any other languages are an advantage;
Good knowledge in computer skills (Microsoft Offices, Internet & Email, Database etc.….);
Be flexible and adapt to new changes and challenges;
Be able to work with less supervision and under pressure;
Have strong leadership, instructional and interpersonal skills and willing to work on multi-tasks;
Have good Customer Care attitude;
Must have honesty, integrity, courtesy and grooming;
Be confident and a highly motivated person;
Punctuality, team spirit, and can-do-attitude.
