• Collect payment/ money from customers
• Collect cash and cheques from customers
• Daily count cash collection with customer
• Daily count cash collection at office
• Dealing with difficult customers in any specific cases
• Follow up customers behavior and support team work
• Issue Billing to customers
• Count ringpull prize with customers
• Work closely with AR, Sale Team and Customers
• Identify outstanding account receivables
• Investigate historical data for debts and bills with AR
• Monitor all cash collection activities for overdue account
• Build good relationship with the customers
• Control Account of formal clearance with the credit term with AR
• Carry out other duties requested by AR/ Accountant
• Strong communication, interpersonal skill and negotiation skill
• Be able to work as team and do other tasks as assign by Manager

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus.
• Proven experience as a cash collector, field collector, or similar role.
• Basic understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Trustworthy, honest, and committed to handling cash responsibly.
• A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel (if applicable).
• Office-based and field work (client visits) depending on the role.
