  1. Sales:
  • Comply with the observance of the Labor Regulations, regulations, sales and customer service regulations of the Company.

  • Provide the best service to customers to encourage customers to shop for the next time. Polite, welcoming to listen to the needs of customers.
  • Grasping the needs and tastes of customers.
  • Ensure the best customer care service at all times.
  • Receive and transfer information to Manager/Supervisor level to resolve customer complaints.
  • Assist in the display of products and goods in the store
  • Support warehouse staff to check goods when new goods arrive
  • Periodically check warehouse according to the Company's regulations
  • Ask for new customer information
  • Clean shelves, working areas in the store…
  • Maintain the displayed products in accordance with the arrangement of the exhibitors
  • Paste prices and origin of goods, attach alarms to goods. Ensure all products in the sales area they are responsible for are displayed in accordance with regulations and have all the necessary things such as prices, origin, alarm devices ... to be ready to sell to customers.
  • Consult for customers, not just standing to support customers
  • Ensure the spirit of teamwork, solidarity and support for colleagues. If there is a conflict, it must be immediately reported to the superior to be resolved, without causing internal conflicts.
  • Be responsible for replenishing sold goods in his/her area
  • Store goods in the best conditions, especially not allowing goods (accidentally or intentionally) to fall to the ground.
  • Overtime according to work requirements when notified from management
  • Responsible for checking and counting incoming, outgoing and in-stock goods
  • Take the main responsibility when the goods in the store are unequal or lost
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
  • Ensure overtime as required by the brand (including day and night shifts).
  • Ensure good health, be able to carry, climb to arrange goods and get size numbers for customers.
  1. Cashier:
  • Comply with the observance of the Labor Internal Regulations, rules and customer service regulations.
  • Provide the best service to customers to encourage customers to shop for the next time. Polite, welcoming to listen to customers' needs.
  • Turn on, log in to the cash register to start each shift.
  • Responsible for billing, printing invoices for customers, recording customer information on invoices, performing necessary procedures if customers need to get red invoices.
  • Carefully check the selling price, item code on the paper label, fabric label to avoid errors before charging.
  • Put goods in packaging/paper bags for customers.
  • Follow the correct procedures when performing transactions such as canceling, splitting invoices, exchanging goods, increasing or decreasing prices, receiving gift vouchers, distributing promotional coupons...
  • Complete the sales payment procedures as prescribed at the end of the shift.
  • Ensure to collect enough sales money and return it to the accounting department at the end of the shift or upon request.
  • Answer customers' questions about issues related to the billing and collection process.
  • Sell and manage gift vouchers, hand invoices.
  • Ask for new customer information. Enter points of purchase of the customer into the software
  • Receive and transfer information to Store Manager/Supervisor to resolve customer complaints.
  • Clean cashier counters, cash registers, chairs, cabinets...…
  • Send daily sales reports to relevant departments (according to the available form).
  • Report directly to the Finance and Accounting Department on matters related to specialist knowledges and the Administration Department on issues related to the Company's rules and regulations.
  • Perform arising tasks requested by superiors.
  • Ensure overtime as required by the brand (including day and night overtime).
