Assist the Compliance team in reviewing, formatting, and updating internal compliance policies, procedures, and training materials.
Ensure documentation is clearly written, accessible, and accurately reflects current regulatory mandates.Help organize and maintain records required for regulatory audits and examinations, including licensing, reporting filings, and communication logs.
Accurately input and update compliance data in monitoring systems or risk management platforms.
Assist in preparing materials for employee compliance training sessions (e.g., presentations on insider trading, AML, or ethics).
Coordinate scheduling and track employee attendance for mandatory compliance training programs.
