1. Cash Handling & Sales

• Process customer orders and payments accurately (cash, card, e-wallet)
• Operate POS (Point of Sale) system efficiently
• Issue receipts and ensure correct transactions
• Handle cash responsibly and balance cash drawer                                                                                                                                

2. Customer Service

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Recommend food and beverage items (popcorn, drinks, snacks)
• Answer customer inquiries about products and promotions
• Handle complaints or issues politely                                                                                                                                                  

3. Product Preparation & Support

• Assist in preparing and serving food (e.g., popcorn, drinks)
• Ensure food quality and proper portioning
• Maintain cleanliness of counter and preparation area                                                                                                                    

4. Stock & Inventory Support

• Monitor stock levels of items and report shortages
• Assist in receiving, storing, and organizing stock
• Ensure products are fresh and properly displayed                                                                                                                           

5. Hygiene & Safety

• Follow food safety and hygiene standards
• Maintain cleanliness of work area and equipment
• Use proper handling procedures for food and beverages                                                                                                                

6. Promotion & Upselling

• Promote combo sets and promotional offers
• Encourage upselling to increase sales
• Support marketing campaigns at concession counters                                                                                                                    

7. Team Support

• Work closely with usher, ticketing, and operations teams
• Assist during peak hours and events
• Follow instructions from supervisors or team leaders

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in cashiering or F&B service is a plus (fresh candidates welcome)
• Basic math and cash handling skills
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Friendly attitude and ability to work under pressure
