Managing and overseeing of Loan sales performance especially on General Loan and Car loan on target both individual and team members.
Developing and execute strategic plans for loan product, coaching and training team members for achievement.
To be a team leader and chief marketing officer for the team that bring more pipelines to team and bring more businesses opportunity to the Bank.
Finding and maintaining the partners and affiliates for the long run business.
Conduct actual verification and validation of general loan, Car loan applications for better internal team get much better before submit to CA.
Work closely with loan recovery team to ensure successful recovery of loan.
Prepare daily, Weekly and monthly report on loan processing, Loan pending with CA, Loan Approved, Loan pending disbursement and loan outstanding, Loan overdue and other related report.
Assist others task assigned by line manager/management team.

Bachelor’s degree finance and banking, business administration, or other related degree
At least 5 years of experience in banking industry related to credit management, credit sales and sales team supervision
Knowledge of banking industry rules, regulations, and good at results driven attitude
Good at English, Microsoft Office and Bank’s software
Good leadership, management, problem solving, negotiation and interpersonal skill
