An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Be an assistance of Spervisor and on behalf of Supervisor once he/ her on-leave.
  • Training, and guiding delivery teams.
  • Assisting Rider with any issues and ensuring successful deliveries.
  • Ensuring sufficient regional delivery capacity and responding to emergencies.
  • Developing and executing company payment structures.
  • Reviewing and updating standard operating procedures.
  • Develop Rider team and cash deposit, delivery team-leader.
  • Manages attendances for Rider in daily and make sure Rider enough working each shifts.
  • Handle on-boarding and off-boarding of riders and dispatchers.
  • Support Riders quality of service and performance management - delivery times, success rates with customer satisfaction.
  • Ensuring consistent delivery standards and customer satisfaction.
  • Addressing quality issues and implementing solutions to improve customer experience.
  • Handling emergencies and resolving issues promptly.
  • Dispatch/ assign orders to riders.
  • Highly communicative, manages Rider teams with a pleasant personality

  • Fresh graduate students and High School students are encouraged to apply.
  • Previous experience in Operation or CS an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills-Basic math and computer skills.
  • Ability to handle issue accurately and responsibly, friendly, positive attitude and professional appearance.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holiday.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Good Command in English and Chinese is Plus.
