Duties and Responsibilities

• Managing the standard code and technical compliance of all design aspect including Architectural, Interior Design, Structural, MEP, Landscape and other specialist system.
• Ensuring the compliance to Property Management Requirement, Hotel Operator Requirements are met.
• Coordinate multiple consultant and designers from different trades.
• Develop the design coordination plan, and implement the coordination between multiple consultant and designers from different trades.
• Report the progress of design and design coordination to Line Manager.
• Collaborate with In-House Quantity Surveyor, Document Controller, Construction Team, and other departments ensuring smooth execution of project from design phase until operation phase.
• Manage the design document ensuring the compliance to document management guideline.
• Manage the design changes avoiding unnecessary potential changes.
• Review and propose design optimization across trades.
• Review the contractor’s submissions such as shop drawings, materials, samples, method statement, technical design note ensuring compliance to design intend.
• Manage the design timeline.
• Other tasks assigned by line managers.

• Registered Architect in Board of Architect Cambodia or Registered Engineer in Board of Engineer Cambodia.
• 10 years of experiences in Design Management.
• 7 years of experience in real estate development.
• 5 years of experience in design development of high-rise buildings.
• Proof experience in managing structural design, and optimization.
• Proof experience in leading architectural, interior, landscape design and optimization.
• Proof experience in leading MEP design, vertical transportation, fire safety, and other specialists.
• Proof experience in Construction Management including issue tracking and resolution.
