• Build, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline application deployment and release processes.
• Develop and implement automation tools to improve operational efficiency and optimize resource utilization.
• Collaborate with ERP, Digital Development, and related teams to support scalable, highly available, and secure applications.
• Monitor system performance, availability, and reliability using monitoring and logging tools.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely and effective manner.
• Support, maintain, and enhance network and system infrastructure to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with IT policies and standards.
• Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
• Participate in system upgrades, deployments, and infrastructure improvements.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager to support team objectives and organizational goals.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in DevOps, System Administration, or a related role.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps, or similar).
• Experience working with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Proficiency in Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation).
• Strong scripting skills (e.g., Bash, Python, or PowerShell).
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Understanding of networking, system administration, and security best practices.
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Attention to detail and commitment to system reliability.
• Availability to provide additional business support during holidays, weekends, and outside regular office hours when required.
