Monitor main AC power, rectifiers, DC power systems, batteries generator, facilities element aircon alarm, temperature, external alarm and etc…
Track power alarm as AC failure, DC low voltage, battery discharge, rectifier failure, generator faults and facilities alarm.
Perform first basic identification and troubleshooting for power/facilities alarm
Escalate to field maintenance, facilities teas and L2/L3 engineering when required
Incident ticket creation, follow-up and update the progress then close ticket following SLA commitment
Prioritize alerts based on severity and impact on business operations.
Maintain the network operation healthy and securely.
NMS alert system to respond to incident on time.
Ensure network incident notice and minimize impact businesses.
Day-to-day technical monitoring and maintaining
Receive documents and record all incidents notification in system.

លក្ខខណ្ឌការងារ

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Telecommunications, or related field.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in fiber networks and SDH/DWDM transmission.
Strong knowledge of Layer 2 switching and IP routing (BGP, OSPF, RIP, EIGRP, ISIS).
Understanding of optical fiber testing and transmission tools.
Experience in troubleshooting network and customer issues.
Good English communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work on a 24/7 shift schedule.
