  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across SEO, Google Ads,
  • Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok Ads, influencer platforms, and local media buying channels in Cambodia & Vietnam.
  • Manage CRM strategies to drive user acquisition, retention, and reactivation for digital entertainment products.
  • Analyze performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads,
  • Google Search Console, and internal dashboards to guide campaign improvements.
  • Coordinate with content, creative, and product teams to ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
  • Build and maintain strong communication with Khmer-speaking and Vietnamesespeaking users, partners, agencies, and influencers.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis specific to the Cambodian & Vietnamese digital, gaming, and online entertainment landscape.
  • Support the team with project planning, campaign reporting, and performance tracking.
  • Employees are required to work from home during the probation period and report onsite after confirmation.

លក្ខខណ្ឌការងារ

  • Minimum 2 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in Cambodia or Vietnam’s digital entertainment, gaming, or tech industries.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, CRM tools, and performance optimization.
  • Experience with social media marketing, influencer marketing, and media buying in local markets.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data, turning insights into actionable strategies.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, plus chinese and local language (both is a bonus).
