● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
● Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, or marketing communications.
● Strong understanding of content creation, paid ads, SEO, and campaign performance tracking.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Khmer is an advantage.
● Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and a customer-focused approach.
● Ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and make practical marketing recommendations.
● Proficient in digital tools, including social media platforms, Meta Ads, Google tools, and design basics.
● Experience in healthcare, beauty care, or service-based industries is highly desirable.
● Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
● Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude toward learning and professional growth.
