Overview
We’re looking for passionate and motivated individuals who are eager to learn and grow in the world of E-commerce. As an E-commerce Trainee, you will gain hands-on experience in online business operations, digital marketing, product management, and online customer engagement. No prior experience is required — only your curiosity, energy, and willingness to learn!

Major Responsibilities
• Support daily operations of online platforms (product listing, pricing, stock updates, etc.)
• Assist in uploading and managing product content and images on app or company website
• Monitor online orders, coordinate with relevant teams for smooth order fulfillment
• Help track sales performance and customer feedback
• Support campaign preparation and online promotions
• Learn and contribute ideas to improve online visibility and customer experience
• Perform other tasks assigned by the E-commerce team

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or any related field
• No prior E-commerce experience required (training will be provided)
• Strong interest and passion for online business, digital marketing, or retail
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, Google tools)
• Positive attitude, eager to learn, and a team player.
